ABOUT
At age 16, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease—an incurable, autoimmune condition. I went through various treatments, abdominal surgery, and therapies that introduced me to the transformative power of medicine. Thanks to the skill and dedication of my physicians, I regained my physical and mental health. Inspired by my personal experiences, I committed myself to the world of medicine, got accepted into medical school, and created this educational platform.
As I look at my abdomen, I do not see a scar. I see a symbol of my journey—a testament to the power of resilience. My suffering became my strength and fueled my mission to serve others. This platform is dedicated to the power of education, the importance of mental health, and the necessity of empathetic care.
Sincerely,
Neejad Chidiac
